Denied is provided by WebKoding under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Using the app means you accept it, together with the points below.
Denied is a self-management tool: it locks apps you choose and asks you for a reason before unlocking them. It is not a parental-control product and it does not manage anyone else's device. The verdicts and replies are generated by an AI character and are meant to be playful; they are not advice.
Denied Pro is an auto-renewing subscription ($29.99 per year with a 3-day free trial, or $4.99 per week; local prices may differ). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Do not use Denied to interfere with another person's device, and do not attempt to abuse the gatekeeper service (for example by automating requests). We may limit requests per device to keep the service available for everyone.
Denied relies on Apple's Screen Time framework and on a network service. Locks, verdicts and availability are provided as-is; we do not guarantee that an app can never be opened, that the gatekeeper is always reachable, or that its replies suit every taste.
